Skinny Buffalo Chicken Dip - A lightened up version of the classic game day food. Much healthier, but just as delicious! Gluten Free -- TheGarlicDiaries.com

First of all, I want to thank the awesome people over at Nuts.com for including me in their mission to push healthy snack food during tailgating season! Their website is awesome and they have lots of delicious and healthy snack ideas.

So…I know you know how much I love football.

#PanthersForever

#FirstTimeinFOREVER

One of the best parts of football is the food!!! I mean, come on….even if you don’t like football you like the food. It’s just not possible to dislike it. If you say you dislike it…well, I just don’t believe you. Nope. It’s not possible.

NOPE.

If you do claim to hate football food, this dip will change your mind. I promise! It takes fifteen minutes to make and is just over 200 calories per each sizable serving!

It’s like pure heaven in a bowl. And the best part?? It uses half reduced fat cream cheese and half protein packed Greek yogurt!

I was definitely thinking that the Greek yogurt would make the dip taste different than the traditional version because it is so tangy, but it didn’t one single tiny minuscule bit!

It literally tastes exactly like the fatty, unhealthy, decadent version.

You wouldn’t be able to tell the difference if you took a blind taste test. I am totally convinced.

Why am I so confident?

Because I am absolutely obsessed with buffalo chicken anything…especially buffalo chicken dip. So, as you can imagine, I have tried a lot…aaa loooottttt…of different buffalo chicken dips.

And I’m telling you….this one is JUST as good if not better than any I have had in the past!

This is an extremely satisfying discovery…now I can eat Buffalo Chicken Dip guilt free, and I can’t even begin to tell you how much that excites me!

Am I a little too passionate about buffalo chicken dip?

It’s possible…

#SorryImNotSorry

#ItsaHashtagDay

Just make it. You’ll love it. You won’t believe it’s made with Greek yogurt and reduced fat cream cheese. YUM!!!

So, Boone. As I have mentioned a TON in the past, his toe has been broken for several months, and he has been prescribed “strict rest.” So we had another appointment on Friday for ANOTHER follow up x-ray, and it’s just not healing. Not healing attt allllllll. Zero change from a month and a half ago when we brought him in.

So now guess what we have to do?

Surggeerrryyyyy. Yayyy!!!

?.

Poor Boonie. And poor bank account.

I’ll let you know how that goes…!

I’m that person that absolutely hates football, but I live for the food! The Super Bowl is my favorite because I just load up on food and watch the commercials. When the game comes on, I’m usually in the kitchen getting more food. I always make sure I’m ready with a full plate for the commercials though! I absolutely love buffalo chicken dip and I totally love that you lightened it up – means I can eat more! ;)

I am not a massive fan of watching sports, but I still go round to people’s houses to watch games just for the game food haha. It’s the best part in my opinion.

Even though I love actually watching the games, the food is still basically my favorite part :). It’s just so good!
