I’ve been thinking about making this recipe for several weeks now and oh…my…goodness…it was so much better than I expected. I mean I thought it sounded great…but, wow. This is seriously the most amazing frozen yogurt I have ever had, and it is SO easy, and it is SO healthy! Instead of going out to a frozen yogurt shop and dropping five bucks on a cup of frozen sugar, make this super easy recipe at home and stuff your face guilt free ;).

I was blown away by how well this turned out. It is so perfectly sweet,  tangy, and incredibly refreshing. It doesn’t taste like you are eating healthy in the least, but all that’s in your bowl is Greek yogurt, grapefruit juice, and honey….seriously?!?

I made several batches of this frozen yogurt before I landed on what I believe to be the perfect flavor and consistency. There’s not too much grapefruit flavor, but just enough so it’s the right amount of tang. It isn’t overly sweet from the honey, but just sweet enough to mellow out the tangy grapefruit and Greek yogurt. And then there is pinch of salt to bring out the flavors of everything even more.

I could literally eat this for every meal and be perfectly happy forever.

So here is the only weird thing you need to know about this frozen yogurt…it needs to be eaten pretty soon after you make it. You can set it in the freezer for a little while if you want to firm it up or make it in advance, but don’t let it harden all the way through. I froze mine overnight and it was hard as a rock this morning, it wasn’t scoop-able like regular ice cream.

If you are making this for less people and don’t think you can all kill the entire 5(ish) cups of yogurt (which I’m pretty sure you could…..), then you can easily half this recipe.

This frozen yogurt is perfect.

I’ll probably have it for breakfast tomorrow.

Or dinner tonight.

And feel totally fine about it because it’s super healthy.

Except I have to feed Seth something too.

I’ll make him a sandwich and just have this all for myself ;).

I would use soya yogurt, hope it’s as tasty as milk one.
