I’m sorry, give me a quick sec, I’m still recovering from the slap of summer that just hit me across the face with these watermelon pops.
I think I’m good now…
Let’s talk. These popsicles are pure summer – they use WATERMELON (helloooo) which is the epitome of summer if you ask me, and they are frozen, frosty treats, which help cool you off on those hot hot hooooot summer days.
They are quick and easy to make, give you another excuse to eat some watermelon, and are a healthy, refined sugar free treat for you and your kiddos!

I am legally required to disclose this warning: neighborhood children (and their parents) will flock to your house to consume these watermelon pops at large. Prepare for the masses.
It’s “my milkshake brings all the boys to the yard”: watermelon popsicle edition, with the slight edit that it will be small children in your yard, holding their sticky little hands up for seconds. And thirds.
I even have photographic evidence: ππΌππΌππΌ

My very favorite sticky-handed-toddler.
Speaking of sticky handed toddlers, this is a great recipe for your kids to help with! Ford loved helping me with this, especially pressing the buttons on the blender π.
These really are SO easy to make. All you do is throw some watermelon, mint, honey, and lime juice into a blender, blitz it up until smooth and combined, and then pour the liquid into popsicle molds. Easy peasy.
Get ready to experience summer at its finest!

- Prep Time: 10 mins
- Cook Time: 0 mins
- Total Time: 10 minutes
- Yield: 9 popsicles (if each mold uses 1/3 cup of liquid) 1x
Ingredients
- 4 cups diced watermelon
- 10 mint leaves
- 1–2 tablespoons honey *see note at bottom*
- 2 small limes, juiced
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until very smooth
- Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until solid
Notes
For the honey: your addition will depend on how sweet you want your popsicles. 2 tablespoons will make them very sweet, but my kids and a few other adult taste testers preferred them with 2. I like things a little less sweet, so I favor the 1 tablespoon instead. You could add 1 tablespoon, taste, and then add more if you want it sweeter!
