Fresh Watermelon Mint Pops

Paleo friendly!

1 Weight Watchers SmartPoint per serving!


  • 4 cups diced watermelon
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 12 tablespoons honey *see note at bottom*
  • 2 small limes, juiced


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until very smooth
  2. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until solid


For the honey: your addition will depend on how sweet you want your popsicles. 2 tablespoons will make them very sweet, but my kids and a few other adult taste testers preferred them with 2. I like things a little less sweet, so I favor the 1 tablespoon instead. You could add 1 tablespoon, taste, and then add more if you want it sweeter!

This makes 3 cups of “batter”
