Hey friends! Do you meal plan? I am not usually a huge planner with things – more of a “fly by the seat of my pants” kinda gal, BUT if I don’t meal plan, and I try to go to the grocery store without knowing exactly what I’m buying groceries to make that week, you’d think I was there to rob the grocery store versus buy food based on how anxious I feel. It’s not good. I get super overwhelmed trying to “wing it” while I’m at the store.
So every week, usually on Sunday (but not always), I make a plan for the week and hit the store. Slash hit the keyboard and order groceries for pick up (whoever invented this beautiful service, I’m going to find you + the guy who invented epidurals and give you THE BIGGEST HUG).
I thought maybe you’d like to have a week planned out for you now and then. So here’s what I’ve got for ya:
- 5 dinners
- A grocery list for each recipe + a compiled, printable grocery list if you decide to shop for and make all 5 recipes.
- Links to all the recipes
