Peanut Butter “Chonana” Superfood Milkshake [21 Day Fix]

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vegan chocolate Shakeology powder (I think the vegan chocolate tastes better than the regular chocolate – I’ve tried both)
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened, unflavored almond milk
  • 1 banana (sliced up and frozen – I slice mine up and place one banana’s worth of slices into individual baggies and keep them in the freezer)
  • 1/2 cup water (more or less depending on desired consistency)
  • A small handful of ice cubes (about 3 or 4)
  • 1 teaspoon creamy peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender
  2. Blend until thoroughly combined
