Honey Lime Vinaigrette
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Small quirt dijon mustard (1/2 – 1 teaspoon)
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- Small squirt honey (about 1/2 – 1 teaspoon)
- Cilantro, finely chopped (about 1 tablespoon)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mix everything together and whisk it thoroughly or shake it up in a mason jar.
