30 Minute Garlic Rosemary Focaccia


  • 1 pound pizza dough (you can definitely use store bought)
  • Olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon chopped rosemary
  • Salt and Pepper


  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
  2. Roll out your pizza dough into a rectangle (for a thinner focaccia, roll it out to be about 1 inch thick, for thicker, do at least 2 inches thick)
  3. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  4. Finely chop your garlic and rosemary and sprinkle it over the dough
  5. Drizzle the top of the dough with olive oil until it is very moistened
  6. Using your fingers, press into the dough so it is has indentations all over the top
  7. Sprinkle with a little bit of salt and pepper
  8. Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the top of the bread is golden brown
