Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 can garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons (or six tablespoons) lemon juice
  • 1.5 teaspoons cumin
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne (or less if you don’t want any kick)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor
  2. Blend until completely smooth and even
  3. Serve with tortilla chips, pita chips, or veggies!
