Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 4 teaspoons almond butter
  • 3 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Bring the almond milk and water to a boil in a medium pot
  2. When boiling, add the oatmeal
  3. Reduce the heat to medium, cover, and let cook for 5 minutes, turn off the heat, and let the oatmeal sit – covered – for another 3 minutes (or follow your package instructions if they are different)
  4. Place the cooked oatmeal in a bowl, and stir in the honey, almond butter, cocoa powder, and salt
