Maple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal Cups


  • 3 cups old fashioned rolled oats (uncooked)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk (we used whole milk, but any kind will work)
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • pinch of salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix all ingredients together in medium bowl
  3. Line a muffin tin with muffin/cupcake liners
  4. Spoon batter into each muffin liner until all the batter has been used
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until the tops are golden and the oatmeal cups are set



These kept for about a week in a well sealed ziplock bag! Anything airtight (like a tupperware) will also work just fine.
