Perfect Scrambled Eggs


  • 1/2 tablespoon butter (doesn’t have to be this exact amount – just use enough to coat your pan)
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Heat your pan over medium heat
  2. Add your butter
  3. When hot, add your eggs and season with salt and pepper
  4. Using a rubber spatula, constantly move the eggs around the pan
  5. Remove eggs to a plate just when the egg whites have set but the eggs are still moist and shiny! Serve immediately
